Spent October 1st driving on rural country roads with Bean. Chilly and overcast. We saw a house with a lawn loaded with pumpkins and gourds, so we pulled in and bought some orange guys from a super nice lady.
We did some carving and pumpkin-seed toasting...
And we heated up apple cider and cranberry juice loaded with cinnamon sticks on the stove.
A perfect October 1st.
Just packed.

Oh God! Why don't I have any apple cider in the house? Thank you!
Happy October!
On the first, I saw a jeep with a pirate skeleton riding on it's spare tire... when they hit the breaks, his eyes lit up. It also dropped about 15 degrees...it has felt so good the past 3 days.
Happy October!!!!!
