My grandmother would tell us the story,
On each Halloween.
About something deep in those woods.
She called them Deathlies and Deadlies.
And she said they guarded 'the Witches,'
Witches with skull faces...

Damn you....
352 days till Halloween and already giving a teaser....
Skull Witch is dead. Long live Skull Witch!
Excellent.....I'm not the only one already planning...
I like it!
Already?
SO excited...
Maybe this year you could keep us up to date with all the progress. Photos of half-done props and ideas for lighting, layout etc...
That would be awesome!
I've been wanting to make the Skull Witch "universe" since I built her. And it'll be fun to complete the rest of her since she's only a bust right now.
Marrow,
I'm not big on build/process photos. Just ruins the magic for me for whatever reason.
But I'm sure I'll be posting some kind of teaser pics along the way.
Brilliant! I really like the skull witch =)
ooooooohhhh!!!
thanks for keeping the magic alive.
Happy Belated Halloween.
VERY excited to hear about this! As you well know, the whole concept of the "Skull Witch" has been a favorite of mine since you first mentioned it ages ago! I had plans to do my own take on the idea, but alas, it never came to fruition. This is probably for the best, as your take is just incredible.
The idea of you building an entire mythology around this has me incredibly stoked. It such a simple, yet chilling, image. It lends itself to a ghostly tale to be told on a dark, Autumn night!
I realy hope you post more photo's of your tinies, im in love with them and realy wanna make a few of my own.

Ooooo, creatures that live in the woods and guard the witch.... You know how I like small little weird creatures.
Nobody said nuthin about "small" creatures ; )
