This is so on spot; it's something that has driven me crazy for years! If you're that scared you shouldn't be placing yourself in that situation. Of course I have no doubt that it is the fault of TPTB who produce the programs but it's pretty much an insult to the intelligence of the audience to try to ratchet up teh scary.

Yeah. I really hate how it's the norm for these shows to ask for a sign and then when a tiny sound occurs they look startled and shout "WHAT THUHHHH F....BLEEEEP"

I would love to do a ghost hunt at a big place, like the Philadelphia Pen.

I am such a skeptic of things, I would want to be grabbed, kicked, punched, whatever for me to believe something is there.

Even the photo I have from Gettysburg to me a while to believe it.

yeah, whenever i flip one of these these shows on, everyone is looking at "something", screaming & or running away in terror....why CAN'T i see it!!!!!.. :(

Hilarious! I think of it this way, if I was in the jungle trying to find some elusive animal, I wouldn't scream and shout as soon as one made its presence known to me. You kinda need to be the Diane Fossey of the paranormal.
