Endless Staircase

A while back Johan Levin of the dark ambient project Desiderii Marginis posted a request for folks to tell him about recurring dreams that they've had.  He would select some and write dark ambient cues around them.

One of those folks was my beloved Bean.
She wrote:  The dreams are always of staircases that go nowhere. Some might go up...some go down. They go into oblivion. They go into darkness.
And he ran with it and wrote a track called Endless Staircase.

It's dark and droning, and would be perfect for adding some atmosphere to the Haunt on this year's Halloween night playlist.

The tracks will be on a two cd album called Hypnosis, released on October 14th.

Ohhhh. Coolo Beans!.. : D

hmmmm stairs..
going up is good, means growth
going down is of course, sorta the opposite, humbling?

i think that's why a lot of (especially 1st time students) films use the whole "steps thing".

i always thought the lonnnnnng corridor dream with all the closed doors at the end is pretty intense too..<3

Follow-up: I listened to the track, and wow! Really good stuff, I could totally picture the titular staircase in my mind's eye.
