Some wonderful photos by Bean taken on November 1st.
Wonderful.Ugh. I need to get on the ball with mine. Was editing and fell asleep while I was doing it.
I just love pumpkins! Lit or unlit, IN A PIE, PUMPKIN BREAD, in a lattee or a martini! They are just the best! I keep one out all year long! Paper mache of course! Great pics Bean!
Lovely! Would make beautiful Fall cards. Didn't you guys used to sell those on etsy?
We should do that again.
Great stuff as always!Love Mr. Petrified Jack!
Always enjoy Bean's pics.
You captured the spirit of 70's / 80's photography so well here. If your work wasn't already impressive, these photos would certainly make it seem so! God how I miss those days. They seemed simpler, and I think they really were. I can't complain about the internet too much, because I find some great sources of inspiration, but some days I just want to chuck the computer entirely and go back. Thanks for the memories, though! ;-)
Oh how I love Jack. Of course I also love the Ghost but Petrified Jack holds my heart this year. Rot, I know I haven't said to you how much I enjoy your work this year but damn- it is just so breathtakingly beautiful and full of wonder for me I just really don't know what else to say. There is no other Halloween Master- Thank both you and Bean for sharing with all of us.
Thanks, man.Really appreciate that.
My goal with Petrified Jack was to make him like those old drawings on vintage post cards where something seemed to have an expression on its face of complete fear. So this is his reaction to seeing the Devil, a Witch, and a Ghost on Halloween night.
Well hes perfect- it's all perfect. Everything just fits. Every leaf, every pumpkin, every whisp of fog, perfectly in its place. If there was a line to sign away my soul, I would sign it to see it in person.
Bean. Is. Cool.
Agreed on the cards, as well as the pics, very talented lady.PumpkinBean....masters of the season.
