Clothesline Ghosts

Now I feel like I've seen illustrations of Ghosts hanging from a clothesline, but I can't locate any photos of a Haunter who made this happen on their front lawn.  I think this is ripe for someone to pull off.  Kids would go ape.

I can see it now. Clothesline running all throughout the front yard, ghost all over flying in the breeze.

And lots of uv lights plugged in.........

I guess when people think spooky "clothesline" they think of people hiding IN the clothesline full of clothes not ghosts attached to them. So maybe that's why nobody has attempted it? I went to Knott's Scary Farm years ago and they had a maze where at the end you're in a maze of clotheslines. Of course you feared the unknown behind and in between them, but not actual ghosts ON them.

That'd be neat to see.
Eyes cut out to let in light from behind, the head and hands pinned up along the line with those old clothes pins....

And now you have me thinking after being on Pinterest....
White sheets tapered at the bottom. Work gloves pinned where the arms would end. A witch or straw hat where the head would be
Even vintage shoes hanging below from twine...
Yeah, Time to doodle.

I'm willing to give it a try! I have new neighbors next to me who want to participate in my Halloween decorating and are looking for ideas and help (which of course I offered, will never pass up an opportunity to haunt a yard). I think they'd really go for this idea. Don't really know how I'd execute it well but we've got time.

I dig the idea of having them wearing gloves and old shoes or stockings...
I'd imagine the eyes would be tricky, but I'm picturing cut holes with dark fabric behind the holes so they stand out or "pop"
