This'll be my last post before the High Holiday. If the weather is kind to us, we'll have some neat photos to post on Halloween morning (we plan on doing the usual pre-Halloween photoshoot).
Hopefully everyone reading this gets beautiful weather and has an amazing holiday, packed with all the wonderful things it has to offer. All the things that made us love Halloween in the first place.

May you jack-o-lanterns burn bright as hellfire and the ToTs flee in terror from your haunt! Happy Hallowe'en, Rot & Bean!
Thats why I'll be up late finishing my haunted garage! Never forget those days long ago! I love peaking out the window at the kids on the bus, pressing their noses against the glass! Or the parent slowing down so the little one in the back seat can take it all in! The buildup to Halloween is almost as exciting as the day itself! Such an amazing energy! Then like so much witch magic it's gone! Here's hoping you and Bean have a Happy Halloween!
Wow, where did the month go? Weather is looking perfect in Pa for Friday. Thanks for all the goodies throughout the past few months.
Have a great one Rot n Bean. Look forward to seeing your scene :)
A hair-raising All Hallow's to you and Mrs. Rot. So far, the forecast for my neck of the woods for Friday is partly cloudy, chilly (40) and breezy. I've laid in enough treats for anywhere between one and 150 t-or-t'ers.
All of us Rotniks are looking forward to seeing what you're doing this year!
Thank You Rot! I wish you beautiful weather as well!! Have a wonderful Halloween! Btw, my husband and I finally got around to watching Mr. Jones this evening, very cool Sir! It must have been crazy surreal to see your hard work featured on a horror film. Awesome! I'll be recommending this one. Also.. My husband and I were rooting for Mr. Jones the whole way through. ;) Happy Haunting!
Have a spooktacular Halloween Rot and Bean! Can't wait to see the pictures!!!
Thanks, guys!
Happy Halloween
Happy Halloween from Destin, FL. Weather is looking great for some haunting.
Enjoy your week off preparing for the Big Night!!!! Can't WAIT to see the photos of this year's haunt!! :D
Happy Halloween!
Have great night Rot, can't wait to see the pics.
Hope you and Bean Have a wonderful High Holiday :) Can't wait to see those pictures, look forward to it every year!!!
Happy Halloween Rot and Bean! Can't wait to see your post on Halloween morn!
Meh. High of 55. I suspect the weather services of being anti-Halloween, though.
Have fun!
And a Happy Halloween to all as well. Once again the weather in our neck of the woods looks precarious for Friday, so we'll be doing a pre-Halloween night photo shoot of the haunt as well. On the positive side, the kids where we live now are troopers, they'll trick-or-treat comes rain, sleet, or snow.
Wishing you both a wonderful couple days and an amazing Friday night. Looking forward to what you have in store.
Hope everyone has a nice chilly and breezy evening on Halloween night so the fog can lay low and the ghosts sway.
Is there anyway you can tell me what site had the amazing ambient sounds of Halloween, such as the Headless Horseman sounds, the Church Cemetary graveyard with sound of shoveling and the victorian fireplace with the rocking chair? I can't find it anywhere now!! HH-
Rot and Bean--have the happiest of Halloweens! Looking forward to Friday's post!:)
Clay,

Thanks, everyone.
Getting really excited here...still not finished with the preparations, but I'll make it.
Worried about that storm in the forecast for Nov 1st. Hoping it doesn't move forward and hose up Halloween night.
I forgot to sign that comment...
Sincerely,
Stick in the Mud
Good Luck everyone! Hope everyone enjoys the night!
Have just the best Halloween ever - thank you for everything! You don't even know how much you've inspired me this year. i can't wait to see what you've been working on!
WIshing you, Rot and Miss Bean, a wonderful Halloween!! Looking forward to seeing pictures after the big event!
Rotniks - I love it! The weather here is finally supposed to cool off some. It's been sort of unHalloween here because it's been so warm. I've got enough candy to feed an army. But I say that every year and still run out. Ready, set, GO!
A wonderful Halloween to everyone!!
It has been so weird throughout this October. Highs in the 60's and 70's. Lows in the 50's. But now the high is supposed to be 41 on Halloween! Perhaps snow flakes tonight! Bringing back memories of 1991 for us here in Anoka, Mn. Happy Halloween Rot, Bean, and everyone reading this, from the Halloween Capital of the World.
This is a beautiful scene. Did you draw your inspiration from that cutout? Always cool to see you put your spin on things. Gives me the itch to make something.
Thanks.
Funny cause I made the cutout to fit my scene. I needed a Devil, Witch, Ghost and I could only find one that had a Witch and a Ghost...so I added the Devil myself.
And made up the rhyme : )
