my favourites are the little potted mandrake roots in the herbology greenhouse..soooo much awwwwwwww!!! & all the potter haters can go choke on a Bertie Botts (boogie flavoured) jelly bean.
It IS an amazing store. They put a lot of effort into their props and theme rooms. Girl6...YES those potted mandrakes are the thing! I'd find myself hanging out in the greenhouse room almost exclusively. It's a great place to visit and become inspired as long as you don't pass out looking at the prices. Still though, very worth the visit.
Love me some Roger's! I visited around when it opened and was not disappointed. As an ex-merch' team member there (I only helped out with decorating/stocking Christmas for a few months), I can tell you they love to think of ways to go all out, their creative team is filled with an amazingly talented bunch, and they're all great people to work with. I was really in love with the mandrakes as well - baby doll heads, some masking tape, hot-glued on leaves, paint, and dirt - a perfect craft I have to try out after seeing it for myself! I actually really loved the basilisk overheard, and the bathroom sink as well!
Right On Vintage Seance!!! hey, i know you're really busy during Halloween, but, maybe if you have some xtra time.. would you possibly consider doing a blog post featuring your version of a handmade mandrake w/ a side of Old School Sabrina? like a splicing together of the witches kinda thing..or separately. whatever strikes you.<3

Girl 6, you’re right! Those little mandrake roots are awesome. Would love to see it in person!
