Yeah...I actually bought them to treat them as ornamental peppers... Going to see what happens out there. Rabbits in these parts decimate anything like that, so I have low hopes.
Looks nice, it's really coming together. I also recommend moon flowers (my grandmother had an arbor covered with them... The blooms are massive). Ever toyed with growing some small pumpkins?
That spilanthes peek a boo is an interesting plant. I never seen one of those. You can poison your enemies with the Datura. I got some black petunias yesterday. They are always fun. I also found a black foliage snapdragon that I think blooms red.
I was looking for snapdragons there and couldn't find them. I'll usually pick up some deep red ones for spots. But I never knew they had black foliage versions! That's pretty neat. And very cool about the black petunias. I'm stoked about some globe thistle coming up out there. I have high hopes for that witchy plant.

I have a Dark Towers penstemon. It's a beauty!
COOL! I just googled it and it looks pretty neat.
You need to plant some moon flowers they are very cool and very pretty.

A great suggestion as I am very familiar with those and love that they only bloom at night.

Too many chipmunks and squirrels in these parts. Tried once and there'd be tiny nibbles out of every single one.
