I often find neat images that have no functioning links or are just way too small to post in a blog entry. But I'm making an exception for these. Apparently Harner Farms (of which I can't find any current information) had a very cool Halloween display which included a distant circle of ghosts in a field of pumpkins that can be seen as you approach the farm.

this is very, very cool. i hope to own a house and some land one day so i can do this sort of stuff.
Harner Farm is located at 2191 West Whitehall Road (the corner of West College Avenue and Whitehall Road) in State College, PA.
We grow apples, peaches, plums, cherries, blueberries, cantaloupe, watermelon, sweet corn, tomatoes, various vegetables, various vegetables, and many thousands of pumpkins for the local market. Most of our sales are direct to the customer, either at our store (located on the farm), or at the State College Farmers Market (Fridays from 11:30 am to 5:30 pm on Locust Lane between College and Beaver Avenues)
Chris Harner spends much of the year preparing props and decorations for Halloween, while Dan Harner puts great effort into the Corn Maze.
COOL! Thanks for posting.
Tell us more about that giant circle of ghosts.
