Not sure what pumpkin that is. Mine is from Michael's or AC Moore a few years ago. I bought a bunch and now I can't seem to find that cut.

The pumkin I used for a head is a Mac Funkin. It was the only thing I could find that was at least close to Rot's original piece. I got it off the funkin site for about $40.
