Wow. It's very interesting reading the comments of the realtors and their discussions about "stigmatized" properties.
One lady in one article was feeling guilty for selling her home to new residents after a bunch of bad stuff happened to her there. She claimed it was built over a cemetery where the bodies were moved, or so she was told. No way to know if she was being honest, but it's fun thinking about it.
