I need to get off the computer and out in to the garage! Their faces and hands are awesome! Are the heads from scratch or did you add on a stalk on to the top of a funkin? Either way, I can't wait to see the Corn Witch!

The heads are funkins with mache stems. The bodies are about four feet long and are going to be on tall posts buried within corn stalks - like they're growing out of them, or perched there. Not quite sure yet, but they'll be fused with stalks of corn. The Third Sentinel in the back will be up on the porch.

Yup, that did it! Sometime in the summer every year I get that feeling. Something I see, smell or feel gets me into a Halloween vibe. Seeing these pics make me feel like planing or working on something. Man ....I haven't even been to the shore yet!

Rot, be as it may that I myself am currently giving an attempt at replicating a sentinal (faring well, actually) Would you mind telling me as to where to get the Pumpkins that you used for thier heads? I've searched all over eBay, Amazon, and Google looking for pumpkins, but I cannot find anything remotely similar to the ones you used. Would you kindly lend a hand?
