A murderous Tin Man
The Muderous Tin Man thing sounds like a good premise for a horror movie. Like a twisted version of The Wizard of Oz....like all of those horror movies that went straight to VHS years ago. :) I loved those. They were gritty.

He looks very sinister at that angle... I didn't even recognize him at first from the other photo.
