Arguably the finest of all zombie flicks.
George Romero's Dawn of the Dead.

I have to disagree. Shawn of The Dead is so much fun...
I always love a good zombie movie, but George Romero's zombie flicks are the best. I know I have not seen them all cause there is so many out there.
Never did see Shawn of The Dead, but would like to...
I don't know...I'm kinda torn--I liked dawn of the dead but the humor in shawn of the dead is unbeatable...a classic for all time
Why can't we all just love both Dawn and Shawn? I do...
I recently scratched the Monroeville Mall off my list of horror flick location visits. I've also made the TCM house, The Exorcist stairs and the Evil Dead cabin ( which I documented jeanoroid.com.evildead ).
One day I'll make it back and hit the NOTLD graveyard...
Thanks so much for that link. VERY COOL.
Did an entry about it.
: )
Im dating myself but I saw Dawn of the Dead at a drive-in theatre when it came out...
IT WAS AWESOME!
I grew up not too far from this mall in Bethel Park PA (It's in Monroeville PA).
That's about as close as I ever came to anything Hollywood
Notice how a lot of the zombie movies are based in Pa.? I better buy a shotgun!
