In the lil town of El Segundo, CA, where I'm from, there was a lil music hall with one of the last pipe organs from a movie theater. They would do an annual showing of the phantom with the pipe organ and someone dressed as the phantom would sneak up behind folks in the audience.
It was one of my favorite memories as a kid.
