Dread Central is reporting that the original Jerry Dandridge actor Chris Sarandon will be making an apperance in the remake of my beloved favorite from the 80s.
What's the matter, Charlie? Afraid I'd never come over without being invited first?
You're right. You're quite right.
Of course, now that I've been made welcome, I'll probably drop by quite a bit.
In fact, anytime I feel like it.
With your mother's kind permission, of course.

Well, that bit is good news. I have mixed feelings about this remake, but at least we'll (probably) get a decent Blu Ray release of the original!
He's going to be really difficult to replace as Dandridge. Man, I hope they get this right.
Awesome! I might actually see this now :D Thanks for the update!
Cheers!
I've never seen Fright Night. I know. I KNOW. Am I dead to you? lol, anyway, whenever I see Sarandon I just have to think: Prince Humperdink.
I need to watch Fright Night. Does AMC have it on its line-up? Don't answer that--I'll go check. :)
