I'd love to restore that place, but I'd have to live in New York. Wimpy Californians don't do New York weather very well!

too bad it's meeting the wreckingball this summer... that was one of my holy-grail explores. Unfortunately the inside was less-than-spectuacular compared to the outside, and most of the floors have collapsed in to the point that you really can't explore it anymore.
