It looks pretty rudimentary in the waning light, but I bet it is one heck of an awesome effect in the dark!

things like this always look sooooo amazing from the street, and i'm sure the plastic floats beautifully in the breeze. awesome.

I wonder if this would look even more spooky if the bags were black.
