Ray Bradbury's Passing

Just learned of his death a moment ago.

I owe my love of short stories to that man.
And he helped make loving the High Holiday of Halloween feel a lot more legitimate.

Rest in peace, Mr. Bradbury.

Wow, I hadn't heard. Sad.

SO so sad, but he lived a great life and gave us an amazing Halloween legacy, very grateful for him and his genius.

My favorite author, this is horrible news. But he gave us all so much, and left his youthfulness in his stories so that he and his words may live past our generations.

I just found out via newspaper right now. A very nice obit in the Los Angeles Times this morning. I always tried to get my husband to read his works, and now he is finally interested(after learning that RB never learned to drive. My husband liked that a lot, as well as learning that he used a Pay Typewriter to write Fahrenheit 451 in 9 days).
