Wikkedmoon, Thanks! I'd say it took a week to make her. Spending time on and off. Not sure how many hours.
The hardest part was designing her to be both a puppet and a stand-alone prop. And making the hat as something that wasn't attached to her so Bean could wear it in far shots was an added worry. But it all worked out in the end.
She's currently standing in a corner in the basement. At the foot of the stairs.
Amazing hat....one of the best I've seen. After trying my hand at it this year I know how tricky they can be. Doing 4 more for this years Coven 666 display. Do my best to be inspired while not copying.

Wow. Just amazing! That would be freaky standing in the yard at night
You should really build a couple of witches for the etsy shop. I would totally buy one!
Such a cool witch and a great video.
Bean gave that witch all the character it needed. (I'm not saying Bean is a witch! :D)
She is one hot witch!...in a creepy way.
Dang Rot - she is brilliant. How many hours did it take to create her?
That is the best hat! If witches were real you would be the witch hatter.
Wikkedmoon,
Thanks!

I've said it before - you make the best hats ever. I gave it a shot last year and it didn't turn out to well.
