I'd love to stand this outside of someone's window at night and just walk away.
I'm assuming the intent of its creator was bladder-emptying terror, but maybe whimsy was in mind and something went horribly horribly wrong.

Yep, that would definitely empty my bladder. Looks too much like a clown and they have always freaked me out.
