I don't know which theory I lean towards. The benevolent/friendly one seems naive IMO....
But watch Ancient Aliens a lot too...

This is an extremely interesting read. I still haven't sat down to actually read them all word for word. My vote is actually demonic posession. To be totally honest up until last year I really could have cared less about abduction stuff. I used to be really into it in the 90's when The X-Files was popular, etc. Then I just really ignored it all. I mean, I was indifferent. Then, last year a friend of ours gave me a whole new perspective. Demonic possession. He said he wasn't himself 100% convinced of it but that after thinking about it and contemplating it all, it makes sense to him. In fact, some of the main chracteristics of possession are shared with demon posession. Bright lights, torturous sightings and/or dreams, etc.
Obviously to most this idea is laughable but the truth is that we just don't know....yet.
