My sister has been doing these adult coloring books for years. I always thought of it as cheating...because they aren't your own drawings. But I take a different approach now...lots of fun with color without having to struggle through the drawing part giving people who aren't inclined to start with a blank sheet a chance to partake in some really cool stuff. I'm ok with that. With the popularity the subjects are becoming more and more fun as well.

so i've been thinking about adult coloring books & how they've become a thing. which then got me thinkin about the sorta feud (almost) between comic book artists (the pencillers) & the inkers (finishers or tracers) so yeah, it's like a thing....of like who's MORE important or better. it might be easy & tempting to wanna say the drawer is more important But...i gotta say i've seen comic book panels before they're inked & man, they're definitely lacking life.
