It takes a lot to get me to spend twenty bucks on a candle, but this thing actually smells like the description:
A spicy, spooky adventure through dark piney woods with a ghostly trail of sweet incense.
Though I don't smell the pine, and that's totally fine...

So you got it, and smells decent when burning? I'm so picky when it comes to candles to the point I'm about ready to start making my own.
yup..bought this one after smelling it
Didn't burn it yet though...
A neat dark scent. Didn't smell like anything I've smelled before.
More in the incense family, ..sweet and earthy too.
I dig.
I walked around with that one for a minute, sniffing intermittently. I wasn't sold on the trace of sweetness so I started to walk it back to where I found it but had to give it another chance and that's when I could smell it....DIRT....SOLD.
funny. i put it down two times before deciding something in there was very unique.
Looks and sounds awesome!
Ok...I know it's not like getting a whiff of the real thing but I just got the catalog in the mail and scratched this scent. Call me crazy but I smell a hint of dried corn stalks. Anybody lit one yet?
haha...I know what you mean, autumnleaf.
I keep smelling different things in there... incense...dirt....earthy stuff...ashes... cedar...
i can't believe i own this candle. we were at the Hallmark store in the Neshaminy Mall on Monday night, like 5 mins before closing. there was ONLY one left & i was holding it for my friend's cousin to smell & she ran off with it (i thought she loved it & was gonna purchase it for herself) and when she came back she handed a plastic bag to me with the candle inside. i was blown away & very touched. i felt so humbled & odd. i guess you just never know what someone is thinking.
totally smells like CHURCH & i LOVE that.
NICE!
This candle is like Needful Things... people smell what their inner programming wants them to smell. : )
