Mr. Haunted Eve here, A little late on commenting on this post, but I had read this post of yours and also happened to have a Prime membership and watched this movie (which I had never heard of until seeing your post) and LOVED it. I love "good" time travel movies, ones that make you think days after you watched the movie, and that are so intriguing that you have to go back and watch them again and look online to see if someone diagramed the time lines in the movies, and "Predestination" is one of those. I'd put it in my #2 spot for best time travel movie, knocking "Looper" down to the #3 spot. My #1 spot is held by the 2004 movie "Primer" and it's going to be hard to ever top that movie. I did however recently watch a 2019 movie on Netflix called "In The Shadow Of The Moon" and while it felt derivative of movies like "Predestination" and "12 Monkeys", it was still intriguing and a worthwhile watch despite the mediocre reviews it received. I just don't think some critics can truly wrap their heads around the time travel subject matter. And once again, loved "Predestination".

Joe and I watched this last week and really liked it. Talk about mind bending! Did not anticipate the ending at all!
Thanks for letting us know about this movie. We’re going to be watching it.
