I never thought I would watch a gardening video. While viewing, I was able to relate.
And it was relaxing to watch
And I can TOTALLY visualize doing a haunt in that garden...........
yeah, the shortness of these is appealing to me.
and the insight from each of the different gardeners in each video.
Definitely a fusion out there waiting ...of a massive spooky garden with Haunt elements. Planning the garden for the Autumn....to grow around props and stuff.
It's nice to know that I'm not the only haunter interested in gardening. I have been trying, for the past two years, to grow my own pumpkins and corn to use in my haunt displays. Rot if your interested check out Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds. That have an amazing variety of red, orange and black corn (you can also use the stalks for your display). With names like "Atomic Orange" and "Bloody Butcher" you can't go wrong.

I love the planning of his garden to look overgrown and wild. So beautiful. It would be neat to have an overgrown graveyard haunt....
This is amazing! The ambiance in his garden is something I would love to experience in person. I love that he said he is sometimes more moved by dying things...
Shallow Grave, thanks for a great place to explore for corn. I've grown quite a bit of ornamental corn over the years (it's my favorite, even more than sweet varieties). I did grow Bloody Butcher some years ago. I still have corn hanging in my kitchen and have kept favorite ears for years packed away for decoration. Did you guys know there is black corn as well? Off to explore a new seed store....thanks for that!
That is such a beautiful and inspiring video! Love it. Thanks for sharing it with us. I can't wait to watch the others. (And it's never even occurred to me to watch a gardening video! I live in an NYC apartment, for Pete's sake!!)
