The below is the product of free editing software that came with the laptop (and old age).
The video is as bare bones as you can get.
But it gives you a taste of what it was like on Halloween night...

Great to have you back!
Thanks, Sean!
I would have been absolutely giddy to walk up to your door as a kid. I mean, I STILL would, I love this stuff! But, as a kid the houses that put so much more effort into it, made the experience a hundred times better. I can almost hear those leaves crunching under my feet, while I inhale the cold, crisp air, with that hint of sweet fog smell.
Well done!
Hey, thanks!
Had I had nicer editing software I would have stripped out the original audio, but I ended up liking the occasional bird chirps, the sound of the fog machine, and the crunching leaves as I filmed it.
I definitely need a good editing app/program though.
I love it, always a Rot fan. Like I've said, and others...Glad you're back🎃🎃🎃
Thanks, Mike!
What a great haunt. Love the smoking cauldron and breeze moving the corn stalks. I especially like when you turn and that skeleton witch is right there. The lighting is beautiful too.
Thanks!
I appreciate that.
the breeze was a main star on Halloween night. and blowing in the right direction thankfully...towards the kids approaching the porch...just like in the video...
Man, What a great video! The walking up shot makes me feel like I'm there on the porch. Well done!
Fantastic. Period. Corn stalks had their own character, Ditto Lady M. Well said!
Thanks, guys!
I am So Excited to see you back!!!! There was a hole in Halloween!!!!Thank you so much for returning!!!! Love your haunt this year!!!!
It finally came to me, why that grumpy, put-out, get-off-my-lawn, why-are-you-bothering-me-go-away stinkface expression felt familiar. It reminds me of Jhonen Vasquez JtHM/Invader Zim art. It's the one narrower eye, and being very angular, that does it. Clearly your own work, yes, but something in the expression holds. And not previously something I'd have considered for pumpkin inspiration... mostly because I haven't thought about it in years. It's such a great prop though, very expressive.
I have been taking a walk-through video for the last several years. It's nice to look back on, and gives a very different feel from the stills.
Thanks, Rebel shade. I really appreciate that.
Glad you dig the Haunt!
Thanks, kakugori. Never heard of that artist before.
Glad you dig Samhain's miserable expression. haha
I noticed the leaves, the birds, all of it, and I thought it added to the experience. For many years now, I have looked forward to your walkthrough videos being released, with the stellar music. This was no different, still exciting, still beautiful, but with the added bonus of feeling like it was more tangible.
Hey, I appreciate that a lot.
That was great!
Everything was wonderful and perfectly creepy, and even though I knew the ghost was waiting, I still got a little startle at the end. :)
Thank you!
Glad you enjoyed it.
LOVE these walkthrough videos you do. I can practically FEEL that autumn breeze blowing through me.
