This has been my go-to Christmas night flick for years now. I was devastated last year when the local Alamo was showing it ON Christmas night...and I came down with Covid. I had tickets and everything, for what was to be my first time seeing it on the big screen! Ugh...I was ready to just let the 'Rona kill me at that point!

Always liked this film perhaps because it brings back the nostalgia of my first Christmas in Toronto at 14.

Love watching this a late December night each year. This year, my daughter wants to watch, too. (They are old enough - married even! LOL) Can't wait.
I missed this one. I was a broke hippie in the 70's and had no money for the movies hahaha!
It's going on my "to watch" list. : )
It's definitely spooky and disturbing. But extremely well made and acted. AND it has more Christmas atmosphere than most Christmas movies.
