Does anyone know if this is open to the public, or is it for "industry" people only? I'd love to go there one year.

Mr. Macabre - Technically it is a trade show intended for prop vendors to sell their wares to haunt owners. You are supposed to be an “industry person” to attend but it seems they loosen the requirements more each year. If you are even remotely associated with a pro haunt you should be able to register….or even if you are a home haunter who intends to go “pro.” Also, the Midwest Haunters Convention (also organized by the Transworld folks) is a great one for non-industry people.
I highly recommend the Transworld show in St. Louis if you can swing it. It is my happy place.
