Been droning on and on for years about the importance of scent on Halloween night. I picked up these amazing oversized incense sticks from my favorite incense shop - The Plant Guru. At 19 inches, they last an extremely long time, and the scent is pretty intense. I ordered the Clove varietal, of course.

Hi, Mr. Rot. I sourced some 19 inch clove ones here in Canada, finally, but have a question about how long the scent lasts on the unused sticks. If you store them in plastic bags, will it retain the scent for over a year or do you have to buy them freshly made.
In my experience, the scent lasts for a very long time. I pre-order tons of incense sticks and just leave them in their ziplock bags...and they seem totally fine months after the purchase. I am planning to keep one of these bags for Halloween, so I'm sure they'll last that long.
