The third Exorcist film isn't spoken of all that much. Not really sure why. Truly frightening, and it includes a particular scare that you'll never forget.

The nurse station scene. Yep, shit my pants every time.

Bean and I were looking at an old review of top ten scariest moments in films and one of them was something like "Exorcist III - you know what I'm talking about."
That's all it said.
And it was enough.
So funny.
Aw man, now I'm sucked in... gotta watch.

I liked the bit where the old lady crept across the ceiling, that always bothered me for some reason...
