If a prop sits around too long I tend to make adjustments. I added cloaks to these guys over the last week and a half.

That's what I did with my cauldron cause it was the first thing I was working on,I just kept adding to it, and when it was on display I kept seeing different things I am going to do to it for the next year.
The scarecrow was just thrown together. If it was sitting there as long as the cauldron was, that would of had many changes as well.
They look wonderful. I absolutly love them =)
