At Balboa Park in San Diego.
This looks pretty amazing for an outdoor public haunt.

Wow. I had no idea they even did anything. This indeed looks classier than any public haunt I've seen. Maybe it's the photo quality? lol.
OMG I must go there! I didn't know they did anything for Halloween either!
You live near all the cool places : )
This looks like my kind of place.
I am super impressed with these photos...even the gore looks nice. I love how they've implemented old vehicles and everyday household items to great effect. The kitchen scene is genius...the small detail, the grime, the expertly placed trickles of blood. A prime example that you don't really require fancy lighting, expensive electronics and/or a huge amount of in-your-face props and actors to achieve a supremely creepy atmosphere.
Stuff like this...your haunt included, Rot!...is what I aspire toward. I wish my area had something even remotely similar.
Went there a few years ag, it's fantastic!
Wow! I want to go see that in person.
MAN! I used to live in San Diego and work in Balboa Park! And I never saw anything like this! This looks fantastic!
Man...that is just beyond cool!
I used to work at the Haunted Trail and it is just as good as those pictures. Even better at night. It's just under a mile to walk through. The highlight is always the graveyard. Check out the Haunted Hotel as well in downtown San Diego, it's the sister haunt to the trail. One of the best in the nation.
