My daughter told me ours was open already. They opened early this year.
I also checked my home goods on Friday......NOTHING. Unbelievable.
Yeah, I went there Wednesday, didn't see anything I really wanted. Thought the zombie gnomes, cats, dogs were new and different. I liked the animatronic ( head turning) owl. But it looked so lame. Maybe will pick up one of those LED spotlights if I revamp the lighting this year.

Two have opened within ten miles either way, I opted for the less crowded area today and it was cool...typical Spirit. Being clown o phobic, the entryway was just delightful, I did however witness a group of teenage girls make like bowling pins when the "jumping dog" surprised them into backing into and over a display tub full of tiki torches which scattered everywhere.
Beware the jumping dog...
Glad Spirit stores are around for sure, but can someone explain this whole 'zombie baby" thing they do? They push it so hard!I find it bizarre
i think the whole Obsession which Zombie babies
is that, it's just TOTALLY Outrageous.
society views babies as Cute & Defenseless.
as CS Lewis (i think) once said, "Humor is the perception of incongruity"...the difference between our expectation & what we're presented.

And they had tons of babies...alien babies, demon babies, zombie babies...
I've only seen them in these stores. Never anywhere else..like who buys them I wonder? though I'd love to bring one to work. I'd end up in HR for sure.
And that'd have NOTHING to do with my antics with said Zombie Baby.
