I really enjoy both of those films...but find myself reluctant to purchase them because I don't want to support the writer/director. Salva certainly seems regretful of his actions, but it's hard for me to be trusting of someone who committed such a sick act.
There is little doubt that Salva is a talented filmmaker though, and I found these two flicks to be really different, original works. The Creeper himself is downright...well...creepy!
My comment disappeared from here yesterday(or I'm just extremely sleep deprived) but I REALLY like #1. The dorky protagonist (I'm blanking on his name) is great in this. The whole film is so disturbing. And it was so fresh at the time. And really, I feel like a film like this hasn't come along again.

Just watched (mostly listened) to both JC movies last night while workin on my next skeleton- great fun- awesome inspiration
I know some folks beat up on these movies, but I really dig em.
I think they were neat entries into the world of horror.
Not just the same old thing.
Saw the first Jeepers Creepers back at a Halloween. Really fun, creepy flick.

agree....
and that stinks...i didn't see it in the moderation thingy...
so rare to fear harm on the main characters in a modern horror film. i was genuinely worried about their well-being.
poor kid.
Right! Totally feared for them.
