Damn. So many talented people have been passing lately.
I heard the breaking news yesterday of a small plane crashing in Santa Barbara. I had NO IDEA that James Horner was on it until this morning. Such a huge loss. I don't think people realize how large his contribution to cinema was. To think of what else he would have done. I am so sorry.
so sad & surreal.. leaves ya feeling lonely, like empty. & the suddeness sends an extra blow to your heart, hard to wrap your head around it all. : (
i thought of James the other night, during that beautiful black storm we had, the thunder reminded me of his energy breaking up & returning to nature. he's in the air now.. : )
