The new Kirk Bourbon is a small batch release selected from choice barrels aged between 4-12 years. According to Silver Screen Bottling, the Star Trek whiskey “exhibits a depth and richness seen in only the finest examples of bourbon with notes of caramel, Asian 5 spice and pecan” which is “crafted with the highest respect for the whiskey and for the man that bears its name.”
I'd still feel dumb ordering it or asking for it in a bar (assuming I saw the bottle sitting on a shelf [God, imagine if you ordered it and it wasn't there.]).
Though I'd buy Romulan Ale if they made it. Regardless of what it tasted like.

Nice! They gotta make some kind of super intense green liquor named for Scotty. One of my favorite episodes was when Scotty had to outdrink that alien named Tomar ... and you bet he did! When the guy asked Scotty what they were drinking, he said, "It's.........green!" hehe
yup...totally remember that.
Though I fear they'd just label some Scotch and say it's the one he was hiding in the armor...
I'd prefer GREEN.

Ohhh yes! I am also majorly into TOS. I have Vulcan script tattooed all the way down the backs of my legs. But literally just in the last 6 months I watched all of TNG, and I enjoyed it. It will never compare to TOS, but...I liked it. :) (Data and Worf make that series).
