Love it. Only thing missing is a Lloyd appearance.
Pretty cool. I looove The Shining. Ya know, it's crazy...my mom has always been a big horror movie fan; we see most horror flicks that come out together. And for some reason, she doesn't like The Shining! Can you believe it? Weird!
She a big fan of the book? As I know Stephen King is the biggest hater of the film, due to its many differences with the novel.
We love this film in our house.

for the 2001: A Space Odyssey anniversary..it returned to theaters as an “unrestored” print via Christopher Nolan & is also getting a 4K blu-ray release. we got to see the 4K in IMAX for C's birthday & it was honestly Glorious!!! man..that showdown between Dave & Hal is one of my favourite things ever & seeing it that BIG..was The BEST. i wish they would do the same thing for The Shining. that would be heavenly.

My Mom hasn't read the book actually because she said the movie turned her off so much. I don't get it. Oh man, I thought the made for TV version that King himself oversaw was just AWFUL. Gimme the Kubrick version any day. What did you think of it?
God, I LOATHED the tv version.
