You'd probably never see a costume like this these days. But since I'm documenting my Halloween costumes from the past...

This is amazing.
I remember this Halloween very well. Everyone who saw my brother’s costume was in love with it and came over to talk to him. He was the center of attention and I was not liking it (awful). Then some older kids dressed as cops came over laughing and pretending they were providing security for him. It was really funny to watch. But not as a young envious brother. Haha
Proving conclusively I am the worst brother in the world.
They didn’t like your Mexican getup? No bueno.
I was invisible, Sara. Haha
And apparently still bitter about it.
Apparently! I’m sure your brother forgives you trespassing against him lol. Get it?? Har har.
I feel a great weight has been lifted. Haha
I'm wondering how you came up with the idea for your costume. It just seems like such and unusual choice for a kid. You and your bro always look like you had so much fun together. :)
I'm afraid to reply...
haha
I actually recall this year very clearly and it was 100% my idea.
I was stuck on the idea and I felt the constant painful smile was vital to burying myself in the role.
So many jokes to post here .What to say... I'm short circuiting! Haha!
Theres gotta be a backstory. Like the Pope was stopping over in mexico to see a potato chip Jesus on display after the government asked him to be in Roswell to bless the alien corpses that crashed and see what the Vatican was prepared to do. I'd repeat this at every house!
Thats why the pope is frowning. He's freaked out about what he knows.....
haha Meanwhile, the Mexican government seems overjoyed at knowing the ultimate truth.
I think we have a Netflix movie script in the making ;)
Who will play you? And can pull off a sullen Pope….
haha Not sure who could play my complex range of emotions.
But I've already cast Jennifer Connelly in a supporting role.
Sweet! Might have to start working on my Rocketeer outfit.
Haha
I love it that you were already so committed to burying yourself in the role at that age ; )
haha...I was a very theatrical kid.
Dedication to the T,at an early age!
Ha ha - the pope. I love it.
