Definitely. The Blind Sentinels (2013) are still standing in my basement, and they are as firm as the day I made them. Sycamore wood is so dense and lasts for forever. All of my props that have wooden limbs or ribs are made of sycamore. Same goes for The Strawman...Made him in 2016 and he's still going strong.
That’s excellent! I haven’t seen sycamores where I’m at, so I’m not familiar with the wood. Very cool to think those guys, could just keep going on forever!

LOVE this!! I just can’t get enough of his hands.
Thanks! Sycamore twigs... they're the best for this kind of stuff.
Does that make it more durable? Is it a harder wood?

Sycamore eh? That's good to know! Amazing work as always.
Thanks!
And, yep, it's the best wood for this kind of stuff. Any other kind of wood gets very brittle very fast.
This such an amazing shot, Rot! Gorgeous! I want a box of greeting cards with this image
: D!
Forgot to mention how beautiful the browns are that showed up in this photo.
Thanks!
