And as I stated before, that was the year people seemed most enthused about the Haunt. Samhain's flickering pumpkin head probably had a lot to do with that...it was so bright and you could see it from half a block away. Traditional elements are SO key, apparently!

I mean, the left is totally classic and very foreboding, but how can you not love that high-contrast drama on the right!?

Blue pale moonlight is always my choice!
I love the blue, it ads mystery.
