Three times watching that trailer now....that's got to be a good sign, right?
On the plus side of the ledger, it looks amazing, sounds amazing, blends the worlds in a new way, and NIИ seems like a literal perfect choice. (intriguing that they're actually billed that way)
Like many I suppose, that Jared Leto casting has me nervous. That could go either direction.
Of course, that was basically the same thing I thought about Blade Runner 2049, and that turned out wonderfully (of course, that was Denis Villeneuve, but still)
I think that places me in the Cautiously Optimistic camp...
Recall playing the Tron arcade game around 1981-82. I was in either 6th or 7th grade. We lived in Land O’ Lakes, Florida and every other Friday or Saturday night we’d frequent ABC Pizza for dinner with my folks- a little pizza restaurant in the local shopping center that had a few stand up video games. We played the heck out of Tron, Dig-Dug and Asteroids in that little pizza joint. Great memories!
Our mom worked at Disney studios for several years, and we got to see the new movies in their theater on the studio grounds before it was shown to the public. We saw the first Tron movie(it was awesome), Dragon Slayer, The Black Hole, etc. I even worked at the studios for about 2 weeks before getting laid off, way back around '79 I think.

Definitely in the same camp. And absolutely on the fence about Leto.
Looks interesting, and Gillian Anderson(Scully) is in it as well, cool.

Was excited to see her in this!
Dig-Dug was my personal favorite!
