Very happy to re-feature the Spooky Laboratory blog.
Was checking it out tonight and found some more great pieces by horror artist Steve Ring.
Was just watching a great Film Noir vid he featured on his blog.

Oh no! LOL! I'm not worthy! Oh well...
Thanks!
HA!
Totally worthy. And your love of SPIDER BABY is awesome.
Oh, thanks. And you know like most people obsessed with Spider Baby I loved it before I'd ever seen it. I remember reading Famous Monsters of Filmland as a kid and stumbling across what, at the time, was alleged to be a "lost" film by the name of Spider Baby: The Maddest Story Ever Told. That title really paints a fun picture, doesn't it? And that's one flick that lived up to expectations.
Hey, I'd love to do a post about Pumpkinrot if you don't mind me using a couple of your pics. I probably get a fraction of your traffic so it's not much of a linkback but it would give me some much needed quality content.
Absolutely : )
This stuff is great. Would make amazing album cover art.
I used to do art for local death-metal bands. Banners and cd covers and flyers and stuff. It was kind of fun but it wasn't remotely profitable. Got to paint some naked chicks with body paint for a cover shoot. Unfortunately the band broke up, the album never got released and I didn't get paid for hours of work.
