Pumpkin Spice Kinda Morning

Drive Thru

I always hated people who used the drive thru for something like Dunkin Donuts (until I started using the drive thru for Dunkin Donuts).  This morning I thought I would be funny, so I ordered a large iced coffee with pumpkin syrup, but joked that I feel that as a valued customer I should get extra pumpkin syrup.  The voice on the scratchy intercom thingy didn't think I was joking.  So I tried to explain it was a joke...at 5:45 in the morning.  Both of us were annoyed (at me).
The good news:  I got my extra syrup.
The bad news:  I'm drinking it shamefully.


Seriously.  Don't joke with this thing.

Dunkin' Donuts

Heads up...we stopped into a Dunkin' Donuts today for coffee and they had Pumpkin Spice on tap.

Dunkin' Pumpkin

Stopped at a Dunkin' Donuts this morning and asked when the pumpkin spice varietals will be arriving (I said "pumpkin spice stuff") and the nice lady replied "It's here now! The signs go up on Sunday!"

Currently drinking a large iced pumpkin coffee.
Dunkin' does pumpkin right.

Weekend Notes

Target has costumes and half of their Halloween decorations out (no camera).

Dunkin' Donuts has their fall lineup on the shelves - drank an iced pumpkin coffee today (had camera, but wasn't about to snap shelves of donuts [though now I regret it]).

As a fan of the Starbuck's variety, I feel like a traitor.

But the taste is so similar, and the price is cheaper, so it's a win/win for this guy.
