Was going through an old memory stick today from 2016...

The Smoking Man

I mentioned somewhere that my original version of the Strawman had him enjoying a corncob pipe by the fire.  It never came to pass as I just didn't dig the vibe.  But I kept the pipe and wanted to eventually snap some photos (if you look closely you can see a tiny thin sprite of smoke [from a piece of an incense cone dropped in the end of the pipe]).

The Strawman: Video

Wasn't planning on putting together a video this year, but decided to take some night footage at literally the final hour.  Click below for a very short vid which kinda captures what it was like visiting the porch on October 31st.

The track playing is from Halloween at High Noon's latest album Decayed, "The Unseen," by Lunar Veil (same group which wrote the original score for 2015's video).

Had a wonderful Halloween.  A bunch of great folks stopped by and it turned into a rather nice Halloween party.  Horror movies playing silently on the tv as Halloween music mingled with people laughing and talking. 

Hope everyone had a terrific night.
