A few days after each Halloween, coworkers start bringing in candy from their children's trick-or-treat loot. Giant bowls and zip-lock bags FILLED with candy. All the good stuff too. The giant stuff. "They didn't even notice or care" is the reply from them when I ask if their kids were horrified by their actions. Four different parents in the office did this to their kids, so I'm assuming it's probably more common than I'd like to believe. I mean, if I EVER caught my parents STEALING handfuls from my hard-earned Halloween candy, I'd be in jail now for hiring a hitman. "And be sure you rough them up and let them know why it's happening..." I'd say, "...just before you finish them."
Closer....closer...
