Congratulations Rot! We saw the movie last night AND the "Pumpkin Rot" credits! LOL! I wish there would have been a bit more focus on the snowmen, but they had your signature all over them. It was a fun movie.

Rot said...

was it one word or two? : )
I've never written/posted it as anything other than Pumpkinrot, but I always see it as Pumpkin Rot.... was just curious.

Mark Faucett said...

Oh! Make me feel bad! I've always written it as two words! Sorry. To be honest, I'm not sure of it was one word or two in the credits. We were just happy to see you get the credit! LOL!

Rot said...

haha..sorry!
I was just curious...because it's been a fear of mine that it would be two and not one.
But BELIEVE me... I'm just grateful to have worked on it!

We were excited for you! Pretty sure no one will confuse Pumpkin Rot with Pumpkinrot and get the wrong guy so I wouldn't be too afraid! LOL! Hope you get in this weekend to see it...

That's awesome.

Your name is really making it out there. Soon you will be doing bigger projects, THEN you will have to do a video interview.........we will all finally see the face of pumpkinrot.

Or a face with Groucho Marks glasses and mustache to obscure your identity. :D

Ah yes, a pumpkinrot interview! This is TOO exciting! Can't wait to see the film. Pretty soon you will be obliged to do a book of all your creations. Hard bound. Put me on that list now please. My heartfelt congrats!!!

Not sure if you saw the art for the vinyl soundtrack release, but the inside gatefold had a cool illustration of the snowmen.

Congrats again, Pump Kinrot!! ;)

I just got home from the theater and I had such a fun time. I loved it and the snowmen were very menacing.

So.. just got back from the theater. Fun flick - sans the part where some douche walks in the theater with a suspicious looking bag, shining his phone's flashlight in everyone's faces and goes up and down the steps 4 times. Everyone in the theater starts freaking cuz terror n all until my buddy goes and confronts the guy and he finally leaves.
This of course happens right at the "Krampus appears" moments of the film so we missed that part.
Argh.
I did see the awesome snowmen and Pumpkinrot's credit too!

Willow Cove said...

Yeah, we saw it this afternoon. Loved it. The snowmen were creepy. Krampus is badass!

I loved the movie; at the first appearance of a snowman, I almost shouted 'Pumpkinrot Rocks!' but restrained myself. Barely. It was exciting to see a pinch of your styling up on the big screen. SO exciting, man. I hope you were pleased with the finished film.

Really looking forward to seeing this. So what's the next movie your creations will be in buddy? ;)

Haven't commented for a while as I've checked out the blog from my phone... and, well I can't remember passwords for s*it. Congrats on being a part of Krampus!!! :) Must have been a dream come true! Can't wait to see it. God I want a Krampus Christmas sweater, but it would take more guts than I have to wear it to work.
