Cauldron Spotlight
Did a test with a light hidden within my iron cauldron. This would look really neat outside with the cauldron slightly buried under leaves.

Skull Witch
Added more cheese cloth to the body and hat, and patched some spots on her body with glue mache. Going to paint her up this weekend.

The Skull Witch
Applied layers of tattered cloth last night.
I'll add some more tonight and then get her ready for painting.

Gray
I colored the white glue mache mixture with black acrylic paint so I could see her with a little color while she's drying. I'm thinking I'll be doing this from now on with all of my props. As the mache hardens, it's getting darker and darker. This will make it easier to paint when it comes time for the base coat.
The Gray Witch
Was inspired by the skull-faced witches I've been finding out there so I converted one of my Corn Witch victims last night.
Here she is drying after phase one.
I'm thinking about keeping her as just a bust and adding thick twig shoulders/upper arms.
It seems like stick arms are common on witch props and I love how it looks.
Then I'll drape her in some cloth.
The skull is from Walgreens from last Halloween. The detail is amazing.
