The Nameless City

And as the wind died away I was plunged into the ghoul-peopled blackness of earth’s bowels; for behind the last of the creatures the great brazen door clanged shut with a deafening peal of metallic music whose reverberations swelled out to the distant world to hail the rising sun as Memnon hails it from the banks of the Nile.

Yeah, Wes gets The Photo Shoot. He's great at it.
I stop short of putting myself in there...haha God Bless him.

Amazing as always. Love this photo, and how angular everything is.

Agreed. Definitely the coolest contrast. I've seen massive doors like that under the giant bridges in this city and would never have thought to go exploring or doing a photo shoot there. Bravo to Wes.

Hands down, Lovecraft is my favorite author. Imagine what he could have written if he'd lived longer.
